Marietta Duffy-Burgess

Occupational Health Nurse - Director

Marietta lives in Tauranga and has worked in the BOP and Waikato most of her professional life. I have been Nursing for 46 years in Hospitals private & public, community nursing and for the last 24 years Independently in Private Practice as an Occupational Health Nurse.  Our business is New Zealand wide with a division in Auckland, Waikato & Bay of Plenty and have contracted Nurses working all over NZ.   These days I can be found more on the Golf course or tennis court than in the office as allowing my wonderful team to carry on with our work, but always in the background.

 

Tracey Gooders

Occupational Health Nurse – Nurse Operations BOP/Waikato

Tracey has been working as an Occupational Health Nurse for 13 yrs. at Workplace Health. She has extensive experience in managing people in their place of work from a physical, psychological and emotional perspective.

Tracey has been nursing for over thirty-five years with a background in Critical Care and Neonatal nursing. Occupational health has become her passion for the past thirteen years. Her other passions include cooking, collecting cookbooks and of course her husband of 35 years and two daughters.

 

Ami Hammond

Occupational Health Nurse – Waikato Area

I have worked in Occupational Health since 2018 after several years in General Medicine and Paediatric Cardiology at Starship Hospital. Since gaining my Undergraduate degree, I have gone on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma and a Speciality Certificate in Diabetes Care.

Occupational Health is the area I am most passionate about as it allows the opportunity to meet with your staff to ensure they are safe and fit for work.

I bring my bubbly personality and range of skills gained from my broad background. I enjoy educating clients and encouraging them to take charge to improve their health in ways that are achievable for them.

Nikki Wilkinson

Occupational Health Nurse – Nurse Operations Auckland

After working as a paramedic for St John for 10 years, I decided to do a BHSc Nursing, and continued with a postgraduate diploma in Nursing Science. Working in Occupational Health is great as I get to meet and provide health care to employees who work in all kinds of industries.  I have a genuine desire to help my clients to keep well at work and their lives outside work.


Natalie Behl

Occupational Health Nurse –  Auckland

I live in beautiful Whangaparaoa in North Auckland and have two young children. I qualified in 2012 and have been nursing for 7 years. I gained a post graduate certificate in advanced nursing practice in 2015.

I bring a variety of nursing knowledge to Work Place Health NZ having started out my career in theatre and specialising there for 5 years, before progressing to skin cancer photography, surgery and post-surgical care.  I then worked in telehealth, on the covid response team, and gave health advice to families and the community on Healthline.

I am loving working as an Occupational Health Nurse and look forward to meeting you. I am passionate about giving health advice to ensure your optimal health and safety at work.

Practice Manager (Accounts & Admin)

I have been working in accounts and administration for 20 + years and have experience in a broad range of industries. I handle all the accounts and admin so no doubt you’ll hear from me at some stage.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, cooking and entertaining and enjoying a nice glass of merlot.
