Whether it's mental health, emotional, physical, communication, intellectual difficulties, drugs... whether it's coping with a difficult situation in their work life or out of work life, a colleague, health or change.  There are many situations that we all are confronted with.

We provide wellness and lifestyle health consultations to help the individual find strategies and solutions

This service can extend from psychological first aid (ie injury triage) to bullying. If we cannot provide the service ourselves, we can recommend other providers that can.
